Stellenausschreibungen für den höheren Dienst an wissenschaftlichen und öffentlichen Bibliotheken von 2022 bis 2023 und deren Konsequenzen für die Qualifikation

The skills requirements for applicants for leading positions in academic and public libraries are changing dynamically in the course of the digital transformation. In order to identify these requirements and changes in a complete and evidence-based manner, systematic monitoring of the relevant job advertisements is required. Since January 2022, the MALIS programme at TH Köln has been seamlessly recording and analysing the relevant job advertisements for these positions. The article presents the methodological approach, the results and the consequences for the further development of the curriculum.
